We offer you the ability to have different styles of out door (on site) catering, for your Picnic, Barbeque, Clambake or Seafood boil.

A spring, summer or fall cookout, support your kids T-ball, Softball or Baseball team, with Hotdogs & Burgers with all the fixings.

A traditional barbeque with Ribs, Chicken, Pulled or Chopped Pork, and Sliced Pork or Brisket, straight off the smoker, served to your guests.

Steaks of your choice, T bone, NY strip, Sirloin, Butcher specials, grilled to perfection over hot charcoals.

Roasts of all kinds, loin of Pork or Beef, bottom or top round of Beef, standing rib roast, whole shoulder of Pork, leg of Lamb or Pork!

Hawaiian luau or Pig roast.

We also offer our Clambakes...Northcoast style (traditional) & New England Stlye (with seaweed).

The Clambake menu includes, Middle neck Clams, Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Sweet Potato, Clam Chowder & Broth, Creamy Coleslaw, Coffee service.

Our Seafood boils offer a taste of the Carolinas.

The Seafood boil menu includes, Smoked Sausage, Large Shrimp, Crab, Crawfish, Onion, Garlic, Corn on the Cob, New Potatoes, Lemons, and a selection of herbs and spices, along with Creamy Coleslaw, Coffee service.

All these can be tailored to your requirements, and are available to be cooked on site for your guests appreciation and delight!

These are priced individually according to your specification, we can also provide drinks and Bar service as with our other catering menu's, a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 will be needed 4 weeks in advance to hold the date for your event, we wll provide the personel to set up the cooking and serving facilities, the cooking equipment, and Bar area, the meal is served buffet style, and all the utensiles and disposables will be provided!

If you require assistance with tents, tables and chairs, staging equipment, we have several contractors that we will be happy to recommend! Please note we do not supply these as part of our contracted services, they are third party contractors!
